Changes have been made to how you log in and create your Story Box Library account to be simpler and easier for users.

When opening the Story Box Library app or visiting the webpage, users will now be prompted to login or create an account using their Wimmera Libraries library card number and PIN. This number and PIN are the same ones used to borrow books through the library website and were obtained upon joining the library. You will also be prompted to select your library service, which is Wimmera Libraries.

If you have lost or forgotten your PIN, you can contact your local library by phone or visit in person.

For current users of the Story Box Library service, your email will no longer work as a login. If you attempt to login using your email, you will be prompted to enter your library card number and PIN.
