HORSHAM: Tech Time with Todd
A device not working? Locked out of your email? Accessing MyGov giving you trouble, or maybe you’re just learning what a mousepad is for? Todd will lend a hand!
Our Volunteer Todd is passionate about technology and it’s evolution through time, and is looking forward to helping people with what can be a difficult transition. He has been taking devices apart for as long as he can remember, taking them apart and putting them back together again out of curiosity.
Todd is available on most Mondays from 11am to 12pm.
Todd is happy to lend a hand to people of any age with any level of experience. And, if he doesn’t know how to do something, he’s devoted to learning it and passing the skills and knowledge onto you.
Some things that you can ask Todd for help with:
– Mobile phone use (Apple and Android)
– Computer hardware learning
– Computer software learning
– Email accounts and security
– Social media and personal websites
– Python coding (intermediate)
– MyGov and Services Victoria assistance
– Gaming consoles, and
– Anything else you need help with!
Please ensure to bring any/all devices that you need help using.
Please note that Todd is a volunteer and may, unexpectedly, be unavailable. We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible if he needs to reschedule your session.
