HORSHAM: Wimmera Wordsmiths Writer’s Group

Hello and welcome to the Wimmera Wordsmiths Writer’s Group!

Have you just started a memoir? Or looking to create a first draft? Writing beginners poetry, or just about ready to publish? No matter where you’re at in your writing journey, our Writer’s Group welcomes you!

Anyone is welcome to attend or join the group, with meetings scheduled for the second Monday of each month (except December) at the Horsham Library.

Under 13s are welcome as well but will require adult supervision. (Adults, please keep in mind that we may discuss content within our writing that may not be appropriate for young children).

Bring along your wonderful self and any writing you would like to share, work-on, or ask questions about during the group.

Please note that our start time and dates are subject to change. We are a fresh group and still configuring what times/dates work best for us.

For those that cannot attend physically, we have set up a Teams Meeting link that will be sent prior to the event. Please email samantha.brown@wimmeralibraries.vic.gov.au to be sent the link.

Publication: 
As a Wimmera Wordsmiths writing group, upon publication or any other milestone, Wimmera Libraries offers to host and promote a book launch/author launch event for anyone in this group!
